Suggestion of preparation
How to prepare your matcha:
- Scoop 1 teaspoon (or 2 matcha spoons) of matcha powder.
- Sift the matcha into your bowl.
- Pour 3.5 tbsp (approx. 1.7 fl oz) of water heated to 160°F (70°C), then whisk vigorously in a "W" motion until the texture is smooth and frothy.
- Optional: For a latte, add approx. 1/2 cup (3.5 fl oz) of milk.
Storage advice:
To preserve the quality of this delicate tea, we recommend storing it in the fridge once opened and enjoying it within 45 days.
