Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped as items become available, and may ship complete or in part in order to ensure the least amount of delay on individual order items. Items may show as in stock while being restocked; these items will ship within a few days as more stock is checked in.
Items that are in stock and ready to ship will be shipped within 1 business day.
Reserve Selection:
Our Reserve Selection consists of products that are being restocked or coming back in stock shortly. In order to get an accurate representation of demand, we open the buying window early to know just how much to buy, reducing waste. The order will be fulfilled as soon as they become available, and if there are any issues you can cancel at any time before then by reaching out to us. These orders usually ship within 4-12 days of being ordered. Trust us, these items are worth the wait!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Due to the import and shipping regulations concerning many of the products we offer for purchase, shipping outside the United States may be limited or not available. Availability will be shown during checkout, and shipping charges will calculate if international shipping is accepted for the ordered items.
Any and all import duties, taxes, fees, etc are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid in accordance with the shipping carrier and destination government's policies in mind. We are not responsible for collecting, remitting, or handling import related costs in any way. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.
Incorrect Addresses:
While our shipping services will attempt to verify an address, we have no control over the accuracy of buyer-input selections. Please make sure your address is correct and complete to avoid delays or lost packages. Once the order is shipped, the order is closed and finalized. Address updates should be made through email before a label is created. Once the package is created, all responsibility is forwarded to the carrier and final destination provided.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
While we empathize with you if your package has been lost or stolen, please know that we have very little ability to resolve the issue. We will open a case with the carrier when possible, and we encourage buyers to report stolen packages/mail to local authorities. TastesLikeTea is not responsible for compensating lost or stolen packages, however will attempt to resolve the issue in a variety or ways, depending on the specific circumstances of the case.
