Iron Goddess, also known as "Tie Guan Yin (鐵觀音)" or "Monkey-Picked Oolong", is a partially fermented oolong tea. As one of our favorite teas, Iron Goddess offers a beautiful, rich, mouth-filling, and sweet taste. Throughout each infusion, you will notice the tea leaves expand and open gradually until the full leaf is exposed, showing off the lovely crimson-tinged edges of the leaf. A must-try!
